Stephen Lukach III, esq., is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of DWI and Criminal defense.
Mr. Lukach graduated from Kutztown University where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honors Fraternity. He then graduated from Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Law Clinic and a student member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). During this time, Mr. Lukach was also a law clerk for the Honorable Mark. I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Lukach is also a member of the National College of DUI/DWI Defense (NCDD.) He has also been a qualified member of The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Practitioner.
In addition, Mr. Lukach is a Certified Alcotest Operator and he has advanced training in scientific techniques used to test blood or urine of people charged with DWI. He uses these certifications and advanced training to determine what the police did wrong and how best to use that to his client’s advantage.
Since Mr. Lukach began practicing DWI defense, he has handed hundreds, if not thousands of cases and he will put his training and experience to work for you. Mr. Lukach currently represents clients in the following New Jersey counties:
